Inhale for 4 - Exhale for 5

Inhale for 4 - Exhale for 6

Inhale for 4 - Exhale for 7

Inhale for 4 - Exhale for 8

Then repeat the last breath counts Inhale for 4 - Exhale for 8, for the rest of the duration while continuing to focus on your centre point.
